13 October 2012 As we know that for fillig individual return thr is no need of digital Signature...my question is that if we file belated return of that person whether digital signature is required or not??

13 October 2012 If the assessee, being an individual, is not liable to get his accounts audited he is NOT required to sign the return digitally.

This is applicable for original, revised and belated return.
