hi sir, My Friend was given Nov 2010 exam of CA(New). He got following Marks. But much shocking marks in ISCA(i.e ZERO marks)

Total 166
Group II Management Acc 040 ISCA 000 Direct Tax 037 Indirect Tax 049
Total 126
Grand Total 292
He was attempt 76 Marks paper. How it is possible that ICAI give zero marks. In some cases i saw that many students attempt only 20 to 30 marks paper & get more than this.
Plz suggest how to communicate for this kind of situation with ICAI.
