18 October 2011 I have got the Article termination date as 28.10.2011(date of joining pcc 28.04.2008) signed by my principal on exam form with the the actual fact that there are 3 months excess leaves.
Now can my principal deny signing termination if i refuse to serve the three months ? if yes then what are the options/permutation/combinations available ?
