08 December 2009 i want to incorporate a proprietorship firm as a division of my company. what is the procedure for the same?

08 December 2009 You can open a proprietory firm of your company.

Pass a resolution to that effect and authorize persons who will operate the activities.

Without opening a separate proprietory firm; you can easily open one division and in this way you can maintain separate books of account.

Because by opening proprietory concern; all the tax liabilities of the company are one and same.

Since the question is not clear for what purpose proprietory concern is to be opened; hence more discussion is required.
