Dear Sir, I want file service tax return for the period from 01-10-2012 to 31-03-2013. Whether I can file the service tax return for the above period or it is not posible yet.

You have to check the ACES website regularly particularly their download section.When it will be available you can download and file the ST-3 return.Which presently not available in ACES.It is expected to be given within two to three weeks time perhaps.

In the above case last date is 15 April 2013 or 25 April 2013 and suppose department provides the excel sheet in the first week of May 2013, then penalty would be applicable or not?
