Please comply with the following provisions of the Partnership Act,1932 to record the change in the Principal place of business of your Firm: Section60 RECORDING OF ALTERATIONS IN FIRM-NAME, NATURE OF BUSINESS AND PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS. (1) When an alteration is made in the firm name or in the nature of business of a firm or in the location of the principal place of business of a registered firm, a statement shall be sent to the Registrar, within a period of 90 days from the date of making such alteration, accompanied by the prescribed fee, specifying the alteration and signed and verified in the manner required under section 58. (2) When the Registrar is satisfied that the provisions of sub-section (1) have been duly complied with, he shall amend the entry relating to the firm in the Register of Firms.
For the above purpose you are to file Form B with the Registrar alongwith the prescribed fee duly signed by all the partners.Penalty shall be payable for late filing U/s 69A of the Act.
now my query is a) any resolution is also to be passed to effect the change and d period of 90 days would be counted from that date and if not then dis period would be counted from which date
b) this is d case of mp so form B from where i will get it
c) is this form to be submitted online or physically
