I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER SALES OF AN URD, REGISTERED AFTER A PARTICULAR DATE ARE LIABLE TO TAX OR NOT i.e. Sales incurred by him when he was not registered.

Without registration you are not allowed to collect tax. If you collect like that it will become criminal offence. But you have to pay tax on the same since you have sold the goods. It will be appropriate first you register and then make a sale of the product.
