Please advice on below matter.

We have imported consignment form Austria.
and vessel already arrived on Nhava Sheva Port.

Now, We are planning to ship consignment directly to USA without receipt on material at our Factory.

So Please advice it is possible ?

1. First you take the delivery on payment of uty and then re-export it and claim duty drawback of the duty paid.

Where are u located, for this u need a good CHA/Agent who can advise on the formalities, if u are located at Mumbai or Badodara then I can tell u the name of a good consultant/CHA who will handle all this.

07 January 2009 It is better to clear goods for warehousing without payment of custom duty and export it from the warehouse.
