01 February 2016 An Educational trust which is formed in the year 1983 is not registered till date. I want to know the following details :-

1. What is the status of Trust
2. At what rate the trust can be taxed
3. What is the position of trust if it is registration today
4. Under what circumstances the condonation of delay can be possible
5. Whether the delay can be condoned for 30 years..??

01 February 2016 1) status will be AOP
2) It will taxed at MMR
3) dint understand u r question
4) depends from officer to officer. Generally they are lenient
5) yes it can be condoned

01 February 2016 Sir, May I know any case laws relating to Condonation of Delay which is favourable to assessee for an educational institution
