there is any limit in amount of purchases from unregistered dealer Eg. if i want to purchase books from stationary which is unregistered only upto 5000Rs value only i can purchase or there is no limit of amunt in purchasing from unregistered dealer

As per NN-8/2017 purchase from intra state unregd dealer is exempt upto 5000/-. If you purchase more than 5000 in value you have to pay tax under RCM.
