27 August 2010 please give me the facts of the case of Commissioner of C.Excise ,Hyderabad v/s Talsila Pharmaceuticals (P) Ltd. [2007(210)E.L.T.229(Tri.Banglore)]
regarding unjust enrichment for the additional duty refund u/s 3(5) of the custom tariff act,1975.
