Unique query - what to do??

17 May 2014 I have a unique query.

I had received Refund for AY 2008-09 on 03/12/2010.
After that I had received Refund for ay 09-10, 10-11 & 11-12 also.

Suddenly while issuing refund for AY 12-13, Outstanding demand arise in IT Records of Rs. 3,86,017/-.

Income Tax is now adjusting that big demand each year from my refund.

IT site showing refund paid for AY 2008-09 also and outstanding demand fro AY 2008-09 also.

I already contacted ITO. he said he cant cancel that demand from his side, even though he knows that its wrong.

what to do?
please suggest.

21 May 2014 contact a CA and just go to the officer and ask him about this...

he had to tel you everything.. then check with your records and provide him proof for such things

22 May 2014 Dear Madam,

I am a chartered accountant and this case is of my son.
I already met ITO. he had given me letter that no outstanding pending from their records. but he can not delete the outstanding due to technical issue.
