Undertaking cs course

This query is : Resolved

11 September 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,

I have registered directly for CS Executive(since I am Graduated) in Feb-2011 while studying(doing)for CA-IPCC and then completed CA-IPCC both groups in November 2011 exam and joined for articleship in a firm in Apr-2012.
Till now i have not given any CS Exam but now I am interested in taking CS executive Exam in December 2012.

Should I need to submit form 112 now giving details of CS course?

Please reply at the earliest.....

Thank You

11 September 2012 You were required to fill up form 112 along with your Form 102-103. Now you can submit the form and ask for condonation in delay.

12 September 2012 Dear Sir
Thank You for your valueable suggestion
And now my query is: 1.what are the documents to be attached along with form 112?
2.Is there any format for submitting Condonation in delay?
3.To whom the Condonation is to be sent?
4.Since I registered for CA articleship in APR-12, so till now is there any penalty for non disclosing at the time of articles registeration?
Since I was registered to CS a Year ago, so only at the time of registering articleship I forgot about CS.

OR else I have to quit CS…....and to continue after completion of articleship tenure…...

12 September 2012 Go through Form 112 you will get all the details. Also apply for condonation on plain paper just like we write a letter specifying therein reason for delay.

15 September 2012 Dear sir,

will I get any letter from CA institute after submitting form 112 & condonation of delay and If yes, what is the normal time of receiving that letter.
