A company has unclaimed bonus for the period of more than 3 years. What are the procedure to pay it to the govt.

When there is an unpaid wages & bonus lying for a period of more then 3 years then you have to prepare statement of the same & submit the same to Labour Welfare Fund.

You have to visit the nearest office & give declaration along with your Balance Sheet.
