can anyone let me know,if a qualified chartered accountant /CWA elligible for UGC net exam,if yes does the 55% marks clause is applicable

06 December 2013 Eligibility criteria to apply for UGC NET Exam: Master's degree in any discipline with 55% (50% for SC/ST) of marks from any recognized university by UGC.
