DEAR EXPERTS FROM 1ST JULY, UDIN IS MANDATORY FOR ALL ATTESTAIONS ,CERTIFICATES, GST AND TAX AUDIT REPORT. WHETHER UDIN IS MANDATORY WHEN WE SIGN THE BALANCSHEETS FOR NON TAX AUDIT CASES WITH TURNOVER LESS THAN 2 CRORES.

If you sign such balance sheet , necessarily there should be an audit report as per SA 700. If you give such a report, then UDIN becomes mandatory w.e.f 1-7.2019.

Thank You Sir. The Client is not covered under any audit. We have just prepared the Financials based on booksof accounts and filed the IT return. In such a case whetehr UDIN would be applicable
