U/s 44 ad- is it compulsory to mention cas bal sundry credit

27 August 2013 my client R is works contractor and he is illiterate and he produced with me only FORM16As and Bank Pass book only .gROSS receipts are 26 lakhs only.can he file u/s 44AD without mentioning cash bal,sundry debtors,sundry creditors.He did not maitain any accounts.produced only Form16As & passbook.kindly advise.
