agar firm ne p/y me koye business nahi kiya to kya return submit karna jarure he.
tell me any case law .........
partnership firm ne a/y me koye business nahi kiya aur dissolution bhi nahi hua so usne u/s139 return bhi submit nahi kiya. ab penalty u/s 271F se bachne ka kya reasonable reason de sakte he. please tell me any case law.
