one of my cliint purchase two apartment. from one person. but he is using like one unit.. he broke the wall between two apartment and using it. he took two home loan. can he show as one home as self ocupied ?

In case the residential unit can be treated as a single unit he can treat the same as his SOP in spite of the fact that he has borrowed the capital from 2 lenders. .
