18 June 2012 there is two division of a pvt. ltd. co.

please tell me
1) how to make audit report of the co. whether it should be consolidated or not..?

2) which balance sheet will be shown in the income tax return.. consolidated or not..?

18 June 2012 Only one ITR will be filed by the Company and that will be consolidated.
The division itself has no status in income tax and there is only one PAN held by the company as a whole.

hence, A return for the compant as a whole shall be filed to income tax.
