Hello Everyone
Sir, I want to clarify one point of claim of deduction u/s 80C.
My client is making the payment of school fees of her divorcee daughter's son. Can he claim deduction of tution fee u/s 80C. Kindly advise as I have to file the return.

Dear Friend, Since daughter of divorcee daughter is not relative and hence deduction U/s. 80C is not available. Thanks
