does the turnover limit for tax audit includes dividend received during the year? though dividend is exempted under the income tax rules but does it create a liability for tax audit?

Dividends on shares is to be excluded except in the case of an assessee dealing in shares. If assessee in business of trading in shares then dividedn to be included.
