11 March 2013 tutition fee paid by guardian then he (guardian)is qualified for deduction u/s 80 c.

Cond. 2 ( if guardian has two child of himself)

11 March 2013 It is Parent and not gaurdian who is eligible to get deduction for tuition fee paid for his/her children.

A gaurdian who is not parent of the children can not claim 80C deduction.
