1. An unregistered Trust can file ITR online ?
2. income-15000
Ep-16000/-
Loss-Rs 1000/-

3. Capital nil? what will be the capita.

11 July 2015 It should be having a PAN for filing the returns at first.

If Yes, you can file the ITR online. (ITR-7, which is yet to be notified for AY 2015-16)
