Dear Sir, Pl clarify the following doubt 1.How many persons are required (Minimum) to create a Charitable Trust in Tamil Nadu? 2. How many persons can act as trustees of a (Maximum) Charitable Trust in Tamil Nadu?
3.How many persons (Minimum & Maximum) are required to creat a Association of persons like Flat Owner's Association, Club Member's Association in Tamil nadu?

A trust needs a minimum of two trustees and a settlor ; there is no upper limit to the number of trustees. The Board of Management comprises the trustees. As far as AOP is concerned 2 or more persons can form a trust.
