21 September 2011 How to form Religious Trust for the purpose of Temple , further how much minimum period required as established trust for getting approval for 80G exemptions

21 September 2011 It can be registered and formed in normal trust only with the purpose to be religious and justifying its nature.

No time period is required for applying for 80G , on receipt of trust registration one can claim to be register u/s 80G
