Kindly provide the detail of treatment of service tax in works contract and whether this will available as cenvat credit???????????? IT'S URGENT

Works contract is charges to service tax and there are differnet options for the same. Normally we go for abatements. In case of original works the taxable value is 40% elsse the taxable value is 70%. CENVAT Credit is availabel if works contract services are input services for construction services or workis contract services or vice versa and not otherwise.
