Respected Sir, i want to know that if i receive material by way of transportation and i send material to another company by way of sale. in both case i want to know that exempt amount of service tax under service tax on gta.
As GTA is entitled to exemption of 75% value subject to condition of non claiming credit, in the case of reverse charge mechanism you can also taken the same exemption and pay the service tax on 25% value.
