When transmission of shares takes place from the deceased shareholder to their legal heir whose name was mentioned in the will. Does the Legal heir continue to have voting rights,right to attend the AGM and all other rights that come on ownership of shares?

On registration of the transmission of shares, the person entitled to transmission of shares becomes the shareholder of the company and is entitled to all rights and subject to all liabilities as such shareholder.
