dear sir, i am ca final student i am doing article ship in mumbai. due to certain reason i have to go my native palace at rajasthan. but my principal refuse to give transferr ,what can i do? my principal said you can re-start your articleship with new regisrtaion doing this your attemp will extend by 6 months. sir i want to ask you it can possiable or not, further i want to ask you that what can i do if he not give me transfer.

He may have his own reasons. Please explain him the situation and request him to give you transfer and let the good sense prevail. I think he may have doubt that you may continue at Bombay. Please convince him and take his help in re-locating in the articleship.
