One company registered in India and another company registered in Sri Lanka have common directors. Can someone tell me about liability under Income tax act and any other act?

Companies are legal entity and in the above there is two company, so they are taxed on their individual income and about directors income, the income earned in particular country will be taxed in that particular country.
