In case director or their relatives hold more than 20% share in Foreign company, whether transaction between Indian Company & foreign company will be within the definition of Associate Enterprise and attract the provision of transfer pricing.

its 26% or more.. if they hold 26% or more then yes transfer pricing is applicable..
