11 October 2007 ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL PROVISIONS WHICH HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN THE COMPANY IS DEALING WITH ITS SISTER CONCERN ABROAD???????

WILL TRANSFER PRICING COME INTO PICTURE????? IF YES IN WHAT WAY? HOW ? HOW IS IT CALCULATED?
