An Indian company purchases goods from a US company in which the former has 23% equity stake (substantial interest). Whether the transaction qualify as 'international transaction amongst associated enterprises' or is it a 'specified domestic transaction'.

When the goods are purchased from abroad, it will be covered under International Transaction and not domestic.
