Transfer os shares of private co.

19 November 2016 I want to know the procedure to transfer fully paid shares of value Rs. 20,000 i.e 2000 shares of Rs. 10 each.

Where we have to file form SH 4 ??

19 November 2016 SH-4 shall be executed between Transferor and Transferee. Such form shall be submitted by them to Company. Company is not required to submit this form to ROC.
