A firm was created by the same management of a company. All the contracts of the company were transferred in name of firm. However, certain parties have credited TDS to the PAN of the Company, but actually this TDS credit pertains to the firm, but the parties are refusing to transfer the TDS credit to firm.
Is there any way by which we can claim the TDS credited to the PAN of the Company in the firm ?
