What is the procedure for transfer of shares from retiring directors to new director ??????

1) Get the Share Tranfer form duly filled, signed and stamped.
2) Send it to the Company alongwith the original share certificate.
3) Company will make necessry entries in the register of members and issue the Share certificate in the name of the transferree.
