Is it necesary to register transfer of shares as per new Companies act 2013.
If yes pls tell me the procedure and forms in Roc which i have to fill.

09 December 2013 the corresponding scetion in the Companies Act, 2013 regarding transfer of shares has not been notified yet & hence the procedure as per Companies Act, 1956 has to be followed.
