Transfer of shareholding in a private company

09 December 2016 The director of my company and his spouse hold 80% shareholding (40% each) in a domestic private company. The balance 20% is held by its Singapore counterpart.
Now, the director wishes to transfer 30% to the said Singapore counterpart taking the final Shareholding to 50% by the director and his spouse and 50% by the Singapore counterpart.
What procedures and guidelines should be followed to execute the above transfer?
Please Advise.

Directors can transfer their shares as per FEMA and RBI Regulations.
