transfer of share

09 September 2010 Hi all

can any one have a idea abt that

as we get some blank transfer deed along with the share certificate from a company ,,,to whom we have given financial assistance ,,,,,,,as the balnk transfer deed was in pledge in a bank and by paying the bank dues we get the shares and share certificates along with the blank transfer deed

now we wanted to transfer share in our company 's name as the blank transfer deed was made before 10 years

1.what should i do for getting the share in company name and transfer the share in company 's name
2.should i revalidate the tansfer deed if yes
then how and what is its procedure

and there is a any service also available on MCA site for transfer the share
will it should be used for the transfer

pls rpl its so urgent........


10 September 2010 The Share Transfer Deed can be revalidated for a period of 30 days by making an application with the ROC and payment of requisite fees (Rs. 50/-)

Once the TD is revalideated, you can lodge the same for transferring the shares in favour of your company.
