06 January 2018 SIR I HAVE A MANUFACTURING UNIT AND A CUTTING UNIT, BUT BOTH HAVE SEPARATE UNITS, SO I HAVE TO MOVE MY RAW MATERIAL FROM PRODUCTION UNIT TO CUTTING UNIT. SO MY QUESTION IS WHETHER I HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHALLAN FOR THE GOODS, AND ALSO TELL ME THAT IS IT TAXABLE ANYWAY

08 January 2018 If the transfer is between the units of the same company and within the state, DC is enough. Otherwise GST tax invoice to be raised.
