07 July 2009 we want to transfer a compresser from our haridwar plat (which is duty exempted area)sidcul uttrakhand to our faridabad (harayana plant)

pls advise what procedure we have to follow

You wish to transfer the Compresser from exempted are to general area.

Here first you have to clarify for which purpose you are going to transfer the goods. (for job work/repairs/loan basis/permanent sale etc.) Basing on the purpose only we can clarify it.
