Transfer of capital account balance of retiring partner

23 April 2015 Dear Sir,

Please tell me whether amount of capital balance of retiring partner can held as unsecured loan by transfer entry from retiring partner capital a/c to retiring partner unsecured loan a/c without attracting Sec 269ss/ 269t
