i m doing articleship from 7 month and living 220 km away from my home and m in 2nd year of articleship. due to bad health and other family reason i want to shift to my home town. please advice me

write a letter to icai explaining your reason for transfer along with proof if any available to strengthen your reason . . and along with your employer no objection for your transfer. . . once you got permission from icai you may send form 109 and take transfer from articleship
