i want to take transfer in same city but i m not able to satisfy any of the reasons in transfer/ termination rules but my boss is ready to give me transfer. can anyone help me.

your boss acceptance itself is not enough for transfer of articles after 1 year of articles . . icai prior permission is mandatory for transfer . . u can have any valid reason,,any valid reason is allowed for transfer if icai satisfied,,even it is not prescribed in grounds given by icai . . make an application to icai for transfer specifying reason for transfer along with your boss recommendation letter for your transfer for said reason and pray for approval for transfer request . . if icai accepts u can take transfer,,if not u cant . . contact icai chapter office for more help, . . so it is u to decide what reason to show to icai
