Get your boss signature in form 109 duly filled and signed . Send to icai with in 30 days from transfer date . . register with other ca no need to wait for icai confirmation . . u have to file form 103 with icai again for registration of articles for remaining period of articleship

Thank u sir. One more thing I would like to ask that Is there any need to write a letter to ICAI regarding this or i can directly send form 109.
