My father is serviceman, and he has been transfered from one place to another. Now, please tell me whether I can join the new firm from next day or I have to wait for the termination letter from the Institute.

IF THE REASON FOR TRANSFER IS GENUINE, YOU WILL GET THE LETTER SOON. YOU CAN JOIN THE NEW FIRM AS MENTIONED IN THE FORM SUBMITTED TO INSTITUTE.
