08 November 2014 i've joined articleship in aug-14 bt i cant adjust in this atmosphere.will my principal give me the permission for transfer nd whether there is any compulsion on him for giving the permission?

09 November 2014 you need principal's nod for transfer. unless he/she signs form 109, you wont be able to get the transfer
