Transfer of articleship

My articleship tenure has reached 1.5 years. Now is it possible to take a transfer since i have to be at home to take care of my parents.My house is 100 kms far from my present articleship place.Is it then possible for me to take a transfer . If so how and please tell me the procedures.

06 October 2014 Explain your reason to your boss and if he agrees write a letter to icai explaining reason for your transfer along with your boss recommendation for your transfer for the said reason.

if icai agrees your may take transfer by submitting 109 form to icai
