what if the CA is saying the reason Provided for transfer is not Valid...& Any complaint can be filed with ICAI for the same if Principal is not allowing transfer within 1 year of articleship

however, you still cannot file complaint on this ground as ICAI requires mutual termination. you can't force your principal to sign the form

Ya But What if Principal is Not allowing freely Transfer...Because I have To join Another principal Since I have Selected in interview ...however My principal is saying we r finding ur back up n hence Cnt provide u transfer Until we get back up
